Moving tote rental FAQ
How big are the totes?
Each tote holds 27 gallons, about the size of a large moving box, and comes with a lid. They stack securely when full.
How far ahead should I book?
One to two weeks ahead is ideal, especially at the end of the month when most leases turn over. Shorter notice is often fine, so ask.
What if I need them longer than a week?
Add as many weeks as you need: $30 a week for Studio, $40 for 1–2 Bedroom, and $50 for 3–4 Bedroom. Let us know and we'll move your pickup date.
Do I need to be home for drop-off and pickup?
No. Tell us where to leave the totes, and for pickup just stack the empties in an easy-to-reach spot.
Are the totes clean?
Yes. Every tote is inspected and sanitized before each delivery.
Do you rent to businesses?
Yes. Totes work for residential or commercial use, whether you're moving or renovating. We can build a custom order for any size job.
What if I need more totes?
Add extra totes for $3.75 each, with a minimum of 5. A wheeled tote taxi is also available for $10.
What if a tote gets damaged or goes missing?
Normal wear and tear is expected. Totes that are broken or misused are charged a $20 replacement fee per tote.
